  Just wanted to share my insight on this poorly managed property and everybody needs to fired including who own it ! Lol I DO NOT live here but i am a cleaner with several clients that live here and imma day this ive never seen so many roaches ever in each unit I've been in carpets are torn from the floors cabinets not put in right or just dont have a drawer or door at all and the water damage in the baseboards in some of these units are INSANE HAZARDOUS and can definitely do something to someone of older age ! The uncaring feeling of these units are sad and when I clean for sone of these people I just feel bad for me as a cleaner to come into a unit that I clean weekly to see piles of roaches when I move a couch to vacuum with no food nothing around is an INFESTATION and the fact that the OWNER OF THE PROPERTY will send yall the auto mated message is blowing me ! I advise ever tenant in this property call Eric Roy because the mold the roaches the unsafe cabinets and surrounding some of yall gon be injured if not already ! I really pray for this property 🙏🏾 😩

  Horrible experience, first they will charge you extra $100 a month with out telling for what, then when I move out they charge me 1500 repairs, that where already damage ormissing, not to mention that is full of homeless people

  Manager and Abigail were both amazing. And super helpful during my process. I was homeless and out of hope and they rushed my process so I could have a peace of mind. There’s no price on that

  This is the third time we’ve lived in these apartments in the past 28 years. We had originally moved into a 3 bedroom apartment, then we moved into a 2 bedroom in 2015, and now a 1 bedroom. We have always had a good experience all 3 times. Staff is helpful and friendly and the grounds are well maintained. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. This is our retirement years and we are now calling this our home. Very peaceful and quiet place to be.
