    The apartments are large and very comfortable, but the administration takes too long to fix anything, even if you place the order they practically ignore you, in addition to all the fees you have to pay for nothing… Los apartamentos son grandes y muy cómodos, pero la administración se toma demasiado tiempo para arreglar cualquier cosa , aunque pongas la orden prácticamente te ignoran , además de todos los fees que tienes que pagar por nada

    DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT, rent here! I paid my rent on time since move in and twice they messed up on the ledger and expect you to pay to avoid eviction, but do not take accountability for there screw up and tents have to pay I was charge pet rent two times and more than 3 charges of pet rent because of an “accounting error”! I refuse to pay until they corrected which they still have not done, they added a 20 dollar 7 day quit to my ledger and I have not seen one posted on my door or mail box and it’s the 11, but the 3rd party they use signed on the 8th of January and I had to go obtain a copy on the 9th when I noticed the charge. As long as I keep getting these surveys I will post EVERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE honestly can’t say I have had a good one living here went to use my heater during these freezing conditions, notified them sat and I have to wait till there maintenance comes Monday jan11 instead of calling someone to fix, it smelled funny, this is what I found inside. They/or automatic responds to this email to reach out to a Marion but that person does not work in this office, and why would I want to reach out to the same leasing agent manager and staff along with a maintenance manger/supervisor failed in my eyes. Everytime I am in the office about 3 people are in the office complaining of water damage and doing nothing!

    I’ve lived here going on 6 years, there has been occasional issues, but the management has always taken steps to rectify problems in my experience. Occasional noise disturbances from other tenants or outside parties and occasional life incidents, other than that it’s an enjoyable place to live, and definitely a stepping stone for moving into a house or new place in the future.

    This is by far THE WORST apartments I’ve EVER lived in , unprofessional, inhabitable, Maintenance flooded my whole apartment not once BUT TWICE ! The water was literally YELLOW , the ‘assistant manager’ has no sense of urgency or empathy …. First time they moved us to another unit and only took of 200 $ off 1700 $ rent for something THEIR employees caused not to mention I have SEVERE ASTHMA . & had to be taken to the hospital due to the smell of the water coming from upstairs . Water coming out of lights and light switches , the walls . Still nothing was handled professionally at all . . They make you pay renters insurance but it’s not to cover any of your property, just theirs … Communicate with the office SUCKS ! No one knows what they’re doing up there .. worse place too live … worse then a budget/segiel suites .. The maintenance men DONT know what they’re doing theyre here using YOUTUBE on ‘how to’ . Worse place ive ever lived in Las Vegas , & if you know LAS VEGAS you know thats saying a lot . They have the tow truck company outside more than security, mail boxes ALWAYS broken into . If you’re THINKING about moving into these apartments i WOULDNT
