  Its been one month (12/13/25) since i reported water dripping from my kitchen ceiling. It took 4 days to get the plumber in my apartment. It took two weeks to get it patch. And so far nobody has come to sand it down nor paint the ceiling.

  After having lived in this apartment complex for over a month I can finally write a review with fair judgement. The initial move-in process was as easy as I could have expected, especially considering that it was around Thanksgiving. After we moved in, the apartment wasn’t necessarily move-in ready. It took a couple of weeks for maintenance to stop by and fix our shower that wouldn’t drain without having to hold up the plug & we prefer to not shower standing in each others bath water. A large gap under the door and the ripping door seal lets in our neighbor’s cigarette smoke. After waiting for another few weeks from the smoke time that maintenance told us they had ordered a part to stop the draft, this was not fixed at all. The smoke leaks into our apartment and travels through the vents. It travels far enough to where it makes the towels in our bathroom smell. We can’t air out our unit as much as we’d like because our upstairs neighbor also smokes from his balcony, which continues to leak into our unit with our patio door open. The screen was also not fixed due to not being a big enough hole to repair even although I expressed my concerns with pests being let in. Although, I will say it did smell bad when we toured the unit, I was convinced that it would go away with deep cleaning and airing out the unit but that only helped so much, even with our air purifier because it has likely stained the walls. I attached a picture of the cigarette butts that we picked up in front of our unit, not including the ones that are littered in-front of the unit in front of us, as well as the several used Q tips on the ground. Overall, it is difficult to live comfortably here because the unit smells, especially when we are gone for a majority of the day. We’ve simply made our own adjustments to make it tolerable. What I do appreciate is that Marisol made sure that the appliances in our unit were all brand new. I just wish that there were rules enforced to be considerate of others in the building because it is a shared space & that maintenance actually completed the service instead of just stopping by & closing the request without anything being done. I would not suggest moving here to someone who isn’t willing to handle these issues on their own, but we are doing fine enough. I also want to mention that it’s fairly quiet in this complex as well & the noise has been tolerable.

  Move in was smooth the cleaners did a fantastic job the entire process was super fast shout out to Marisol she really helped me out from beginning to end you rock
