  I have never met a maintenance worker with such great customer service, he even noticed I was in my way to the trash and offered to take it for me. I think his name was Arron not sure please check and let him know thank so much

  My experience at this property has been wonderful,Zully is a rockstar she helped me with my application and communicated with me daily upon approval and explained everything fully and answered all my questions fully and walked me through everything. The maintenance crew is awesome as well they’re really helpful and nice and fixed and repaired my maintenance request the same day I put in my work order service request on the weekend and they were in&out like the burger joint lol I really appreciate you guys for helping me and making me feel like home thanks again Tides on Charleston

  My mom live here and I can’t believe what she deal with. She’s go without heat for close to 3 months now. No indication in when it’s getting fixed. This type of service is no good. I’ve heard this is how it is here from others. I’ll be calling code enforcement today. People should have heat in their home when it’s cold outside. These mangers do not care about it. They currently breaking the laws. Should only take less than 30 days to fix items. Class action lawsuit coming soon.

  The maintenance staff at Tides on Charleston are always amazing. They came quickly after I put in the request and put in a new faucet in our bathroom. Our bathroom faucet now works way better than it did before with all issues addressed. We appreciate that they are always quick to fix our problems in our apartment. Thankyou.

  I want to take a moment to recognize Diana for her professionalism, patience, and genuine care. From the beginning, she was attentive, responsive, and made sure all my questions were answered clearly. She went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free, and it truly shows that she cares about the people she works with. I also want to say this, don’t let reviews discourage you. Most reviews tend to come from people who are upset or had a negative experience, while the many positive experiences often go unspoken. My experience with Diana has been nothing but positive, and she deserves the recognition. I’m grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend working with her.
