The laundry rooms are disgusting and dirty all the time, The grounds surrounding our apartments are unkempt and dirty. No kind of plants or anything to make the ugly dirt look better. Animal crap all over, and the staff are excellent liars! Lived here for almost 2 years, can't wait to escape! Swat was even here, drove right under our balcony, calling out on a bullhorn for over an hour for the criminals living across the way. This place is not monitored by security as it should be. I have only seen them twice in 2 years. Stairs are wobbly and cracked with the railings that wiggle. This place, TIDES ON CHARLESTON is unsafe and filthy! If you live upstairs, you can not use your balcony. Wooden planks that are rotting and splitting, with nails and screws missing. Great place to fall to the bottom floor if it should give out. And most of all one is the "supervisors" is rude and lies without hesitation. Initials L.C. This person shouldn't even be allowed to supervise their own home!!! This laundry was like this for 2 years! Homeless man jumped at me when I entered. L.C. said it passed inspection... what??? Just the dust covered in the events leading to a gas water heater was enough to be shut down. Needless to say, the animal crap that had been there for almost 2 years was also very dangerous.
