  DO NOT MOVE HERE. Even if you lose your application deposit, RUNNN away while you can. I was promised back in November 3rd that I was going to get a Unit with washer/dryer still NOTHING. When I moved in, I asked them to SIMPLY remove the shower so that I can replace with a better one, that was 8 weeks ago and NOTHING, I went to the main office 5 times asking about it. FIVE times. The apartment smells like swege, so if you like the smells of rotten food and poop. Please move here, I ask them to dosomething about it right when I moved in, they say that they "ordered" chemicals but still NOTHING. I've spent over $400 on products to mask the smell. Apartment is infested with roaches, they did come over and try to fix the problem, but every time they do so, they CHARGE YOU for a problem they should be taking care of. If you live here contact the city DIRECTLY. There's aldo a STRONG mold smells at the apartment from the water leakage by the kitchen sink. Also contact the CITY DIRECTLY because they WON'T do anything about it. Conclusion.... STAY AWAY.. it's cheaper to break the lease than to stay here. The foam in the kitchen cabinets are exposed due to the horrible job they did, trying to rush and rent out the unit before they could fix it.

  Terrible management ever!!! They are so lazy!! Especially the manager!! So cheap yes! But there are a lot of hidden fees! They are not taking actions all of the issues of the apt!! The key to the gate is not working! There’s a disabled woman who they told me also, it’s hard for her to open the gate because the key is not working well! But they don’t care!! My flushing toilet has not working well I am doing it manually and I complained many times but they are not fixing it!! A lot of cockroaches everywhere even though I'm spraying everyday I don’t know where they came from! But they are charging me monthly for that service even though they are not doing it!! They have cctv camera and security in the facility but they broke my car window and my neighbor's car window also but they did not do anything!!! And they are giving you a warning towing sticker even though you are registered in the parking!! And that sticker is so hard to remove!!! Please before you apply to rent here just ask all of the people living here how the management is!! I wanna leave this apartment but I still have the contract!! And I have been living here since July 26, 2025, and since then I have seen a lot of problems already! And they always turning off the heater shower!!!! 01/15/2026 I cannot reply to your replied but the only I can say, it SHOULD BE, ACTION LOUDER THAN WORDS!! because you always saying flowering words but you do nothing!!

  First of all, I am tired of paying for a shared electric bill on common areas when the back portion of the apartment complex has been pitch black since the beginning of December! It is unsafe in a high crime area to the point that we cannot even see to unlock our apartment door at night! Why are we paying for something we DO NOT HAVE!! You all indicated you increased security due to this, but we NEVER see security at night, NOT EVER! The front 3/4's of the complex are well lit, but apparently we live in the Ghetto of the Ghetto section, so APPARENTLY YOUR COMPANY JUST DOES NOT CARE ABOUT US AT ALL!! When I asked maintenance, the extremely tattooed and unprofessional maintenance man was RUDE, AND BOTHERED THAT I HAD THE NERVE TO QUESTION WHY IT IS PITCH BLACK IN OUR SECTION AND WHEN IT WOULD BE FIXED. He has been rude and unprofessional since he started working her, but again, YOUR COMPANY COULD CARELESS HOW YOUR EMPLOYEES TREAT YOUR TENNANTS ~~WHO PAY FOR THEIR WAGES!! Next, the bugs are the tenants, and we are the bugs! No matter the fact that I clean extensively daily, due to the cracks in the foundation and walls, they come from the apartments next to us and below us. It is never ending, and we have been bitten by bed bugs, NOT FROM US, BUT THAT CAME CRAWLING UP THE WALL FROM BELOW US (WE WITNESSED THIS HAPPEN), AND THE ROACHES ARE RAMPANT!! The plumbing is terrible; the toilet has to be flushed several times to work, and the drains in the bathroom are all clogged. AGAIN WHEN MAINTENANCE WAS SENT TO ADDRESS IT, THE RESPONSE WE RECEIVED WAS THAT IT WAS AN OLD BUILDING AND THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE! I CALL BS ON THAT! WHO CARE HOW OLD IT IS===FIX IT!!!! And finally and most importantly, we have been charged $30 every single month since we renewed our lease for renter's insurance, when the lease we signed clearly states it should be $7.99. When it was addressed with the front office, the manager simply said, "YOU SHOULD GET YOUR OWN INSURANCE". The lease is a legal contract, that I had to call no less than 6x to have it corrected for incorrect information prior to resigning the lease, but the front office did not do their due diligence and review it for themselves. They have done nothing to change it, and basically said, "OH WELL" and for 6 months they have illegally overcharged!! THIS IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT!! I do intend on obtaining legal advice regarding the overcharge for insurance, as well as being charged for common area electric, WHEN WE HAVE BEEN IN THE DARK FOR 6 WEEKS NOW, SO YOUR COMPANY CAN SAVE A FEW DOLLARS ON EXPENSES!! i ALSO BELIEVE A LETTER TO HUD IS LIKELY IN ORDER AT THIS POINT. WE PAY OUR RENT ON TIME, WE DO NOT CAUSE PROBLEMS, AND YOUR COMPANY NEVER HELPS US WITH ANYTHING!! I should also mention that the balcony is leaning and DANGEROUS and literally shakes when there are low to mid winds....these buildings have NOT BEEN MAINTAINED AND THEY JUST CONTINUE TO PUT BAND-AIDS ON VERY VERY INFECTED WOUNDS, ONLY CAUSING MORE ISSUES, AND PUTTING YOUR TENNANTS IN HARM'S WAY!!! Just ridiculous! P.S. we paid for the pool amenity, BUT THE POOL WAS NOT OPENED UNTIL MID-SEPTEMBER, AFTER IT ALREADY HAD BEGUN TO GET CHILLY OUTSIDE AND WAS ONLY OPEN FOR A FEW WEEKS.....TOTAL THIEVES IN MY OPINION FOR WHAT WE PAY MONTHLY HERE!
