The stairwell door on six floor was stuck and not open. Which could’ve been afire hazard. Within a half an hour Alfonso came and fixed and completed the job within 20 minutes or 30 minutes thank you Alfonso. After he completed the job, he came knocked on my door and let me know that the job was complete.

He was very professional and the proces was quick. I also appreciate the fact that he wore shoe coverings inside the apartment aince I don't wear shoes inside.
