I can’t believe Pulte would sell us a 2+ million dollar home and attempt to pass this off as final common area landscaping 😡 Across the Ascension development, there are six different neighborhoods. Five of the six have received uniform landscaping featuring lush vegetation, smaller and appealing ground cover and a refined appearance that complements the high-end nature of the community. However, The Pointe stands out for all the wrong reasons. Rather than the polished and consistent look seen elsewhere, we’ve been given an arid, barren landscape with large rocks and sparse vegetation. Management needs to fix this ASAP. With lot premiums at 500k plus I imagine the rest of our neighbors will feel the same. The Pointe looks completely out of place and, frankly, it’s embarrassing that a $2M+ neighborhood is being treated with such disregard.
