  Dee was absolutely fantastic to work with at Ascension at Summerlin. He helped us find the perfect lot and was incredibly patient as we walked through options, views, and layout considerations. At no point did we feel rushed — he truly took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us every step of the way. Dee was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. If you’re considering building in Ascension, you’ll be in excellent hands with him. Highly recommend.

Ascension is truly something special — it’s the only brand-new guard-gated neighborhood in Las Vegas, with oversized lots, modern, beautifully designed homes, and a layout that feels both private and elevated. The community itself is a must-see if you’re considering building in Summerlin. Mary did a fantastic job walking us through every step, answering questions promptly, and making sure we felt confident throughout the process. The sales experience was organized, professional, and honestly one of the best we’ve had. If you’re looking for a new build in Las Vegas, Ascension at Summerlin is a must-see, and working with Mary makes the experience even better. Highly recommend.
