- APanna pacittiDec 25, 20255.0Lived here for a couple months now and love it. Never lived somewhere where property management responds within the hour to any request or concerns and maintenance issues are always fixed promptly. It’s nice how they organize community activities every so often. It was also an absolute score to find an apartment that has zero carpet. So much better and easier when you have dogs.

I just used the laundry facility and getting those things to work is like pissing in the wind. Haven’t seen any rats but big ole roaches sure crawling in my cabinets, like a loser roommate that you don’t want and doesn’t pay rent. My house is clean always, no dishes in the sink or crumbs to eat. It’s gross. Wi-Fi is a joke. Community is quiet and the grounds are nice. People are nice.
- SRSoooby RoooJan 27, 20243.0Charming but the plumbing is miserable. Leaks complained about by several tenants. Nice security gate, cute courtyard, still some of the same problems all the older apartments have in town like mice and bugs but charging a premium because they can.
