  Find something else if you can. Move-In was kinda nasty. You can tell they rushed getting my apartment together. They just painted over a few spots that didn’t match the rest of the walls (paint splatter on the flooring). Maintenance left supplies in my coat closet and inside the washer and dryer. Also were some dead bugs smooshed into the floor. Ventilation is terrible in the apartments. Community itself is okay, nice people. Love the convenience store attached to the apartments. Had a first floor unit so dealt with a lot of bugs (rollie pollie infestation, beetles, centipedes). Dog park smells bad during warmer months. Had my car broken into towards the very end of my lease, as well as some others. (Not the companies fault necessarily but there was lack of care/follow up). Very shady in terms of charges especially around move out. My last month I was due to move out half way through the month, but they still tried to charge me full months rent. Initially told me there was nothing they could do as the system was automatic. I was persistent and they eventually told me to bring in a check with the prorated amount. Maintenance did a final walk through and I turned in my keys the afternoon before my lease end date. They charged me an extra days worth of rent and other fees because of that, despite me already paying rent for the remainder of the lease. If it wasn’t for the shady stuff with my account at the end, I would’ve rated a little higher… you can’t be playing with people’s money. At a MUCH better spot now. Though they’re not the worst apartment complex, there’s definitely newer and better options for same price.

  Nice apartments but watch out for tow truck you’ll be paying your rent just in tow truck fees if you’re not careful !!! Reallly one of the biggest things that suck here

  I recently moved into my new apartment here, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Priscilla was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Her exceptional customer service made all the difference and helped me feel confident in choosing this community as my new home. Highly recommend!

  I recently moved in and can't stop raving to my friends and family about how amazing this place is! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome. The office team is incredibly helpful—especially Priscilla, the assistant manager, who is always ready to assist with a smile. I also have to give a huge shoutout to John! I submitted a work order, and he had it completed within minutes. Talk about efficient and professional! The amenities here are top-notch. There's a state-of-the-art gym and even a convenience store right on-site—just to name a few. Everything is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. I give this place a double thumbs up and a solid 5-star rating. I absolutely love it here!

  I am very disappointed with how inconvenient and unprofessional the leasing management has been in regards to trying to set up a tour. I have come here 3 times on different days and each time the doors are locked and no one is in office or picks up the phone during business hours. The third time I had a 3:30pm tour confirmed and once again no one was in office or showed up. I waited 20 minutes when I saw the maintence man and he said “they are in a meeting and nothing they can do” and “the other lady is on lunch”. This is the worst first impression i’ve ever had with an apartment company & the showing should have not been booked at all if they had a “meeting”. It was also booked through their AI system which again was impossible to even speak to an actual person. Don’t waste your time!
