They just painted over a few spots that didn’t match the rest of the walls (paint splatter on the flooring). Maintenance left supplies in my coat closet and inside the washer and dryer. Also were some dead bugs smooshed into the floor. Ventilation is terrible in the apartments. Community itself is okay, nice people. Love the convenience store attached to the apartments. Had a first floor unit so dealt with a lot of bugs (rollie pollie infestation, beetles, centipedes). Dog park smells bad during warmer months. Had my car broken into towards the very end of my lease, as well as some others. (Not the companies fault necessarily but there was lack of care/follow up). Very shady in terms of charges especially around move out. My last month I was due to move out half way through the month, but they still tried to charge me full months rent. Initially told me there was nothing they could do as the system was automatic. I was persistent and they eventually told me to bring in a check with the prorated amount. Maintenance did a final walk through and I turned in my keys the afternoon before my lease end date. They charged me an extra days worth of rent and other fees because of that, despite me already paying rent for the remainder of the lease. If it wasn’t for the shady stuff with my account at the end, I would’ve rated a little higher… you can’t be playing with people’s money. At a MUCH better spot now. Though they’re not the worst apartment complex, there’s definitely newer and better options for same price.
