- LHLisa HorowitzFeb 24, 20261.0Also on top of Toll Bros being the worst quality builder in Vegas that uses the bottom subcontractors in town( Focus electric Focus Plumbing, Johnson Drywall and Sunrise HVAC) and the complete unwillingness by the division office employees on Town Center to assist and fix the poor work, The Loughton has several transient semi trucks parked for days right in front of the homes they are building in this community. Why would anyone be interested in living like this?

The employees at the local division office completely lack integrity and they (Gary Mayo and Lou etc. ) are the ones making the decisions when you have complaints about the shoddy construction. Every issue will be labeled as “within tolerance”.
