  This apartment is modern, beautiful, quiet, and convenient. But the rooftop gym (GREAT equipment, astroturf), rooftop pool (heated) and hot tub (actually hot!) offers spectacular views of the mountains, sunrises, sunsets… It’s just gorgeous. Security is fantastic, the staff is fantastic and friendly, maintenance is fast… I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve been here almost two months. To address reviews about fire alarms: the only one I’ve heard was from a resident who burned something and opened the door to the hallway to ventilate (instead of windows and balcony). The garage parking has plenty of spaces. There are social events (thanks for the UFC fight-watching party on the bigscreen on the roof!). Great opportunity for meeting the neighbors.

  I live here currently and I would strongly recommend people to search elsewhere before landing here. 2 huge reasons to avoid coming here. 1. Constant incredibly loud fire alarms. These are triggered by any one person either smoking in the hallways, or burning food and smoke escapes into the hallway. There around 250-300 units in the building. So you can imagine this is a regular occurrence, and you are blasted with the loudest fire alarm in the world. 2. Constant forced visitation by management into your unit. Seems like its once a month at this point there is either some sort of inspection or mandatory visit from management into your unit. Today was "investors" who came into our unit to take photos of all our personal belongs inside the unit. You have 0 privacy here. My wife was home to keep an eye on our stuff and when they knocked they barged in 3 seconds after knocking before she could even get to the door. Again HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place. Was holding off on flaming this place in the reviews for a while but the "investor" visit was the final straw. There's no "luxury" to be found here. Only overly intrusive management and hearing damage from fire alarms.

  Yohanna gave us a tour and we absolutely loved her energy. We’re not typically fans of wrap or hotel-style buildings, but because of Yohanna, we’re genuinely considering this property as our future home.

  Do not move here!!! The fire alarm goes off for the entire building like every week if somebody cooks and the smoke leaks out into the hallway, the entire building goes off like public school, fire alarm drills.. It’s so loud it’s woken me up so many times all different times of the days sometimes at night. I’ve lived in five different buildings and never had this problem. their fire system is way too extremely sensitive!!!!!. I want to move out. It’s giving me a headache and I can’t take it. safety is one thing. But this is ridiculous. Literally can’t even cook without the entire building going off. Its insane

  Lived here for a bit over a year. Staff we're always friendly and communicative and they were very generous with me when they did not have to be. Great amenities too.
