When you go into the office no one is actually able to help you do anything. Don’t even get me started on the parking when they charge due for a covered spot that we never received in a year and a half of living in this complex. Absolutely terrible office staff

She went through all details even the small ones and even gave more information then I thought to ask for but needed if you are looking I would definitely say ask for her she knows her stuff and her property than you again ralyn and I can’t wait to move in and call it home!

I walked in and Lanny greeted me at the door and has been so welcoming. And understanding. She has the best customer service. I truly thought she was the manager she definitely carriers herself as one. Such a pleasant experience. If I decided to stay in vegas I would have definitely rented from here
