I moved into a unit that had roach activity from day one, despite being told it was move in ready. I repeatedly reported the issue and had to treat it myself while waiting for follow ups. During my move out from Unit 2061, I was charged for carpet replacement even though the carpet was already 55–60 months old and I only lived in the unit for about 8 months. Management acknowledged the carpet age but still kept the charge after a “review.” Communication was a major issue throughout the process. I followed up multiple times and often received delayed or unclear responses. Melissa and Josephine were the main contacts during this process, and issues frequently had to be chased down rather than proactively resolved. Transfers, billing and pest issues were handled poorly and the lack of accountability made an already stressful move much worse. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to document everything and ask very specific questions up front.

Deep cleaned this apartment i didnt even basically live in this apartment it was just to come and visit vegas thought it would be cheaper than getting hotels all the time and oh lord arent i still getting billed. Dont fall for this scam nasty apartments
