We used to visit a friend here like 6-7 years ago and we thought the complex was really nice but now looks nothing like it was before.. Trash everywhere, vandalized garage doors that never got fixed, THE MANAGER gave us the apartment in very bad shape and they don't care to fix anything, we are EXHAUSTED of begging them to fix things that are important and necessary in our home.. they give us a bad attitude every time we show up in their office to ask about our maintaince orders like if we are asking them to do us a favor. We are paying rent in time every month and we are only asking to be able to use our appliances!!! it usually takes them a month or two for them to even look at the problem and it seems like they just come and find an easy and temporarily fix because we keep having the same problems. We spent more than a month without my dryer working.. washer doesn't work good and its been two weeks now and no answer... dish washer doesn't work and its been a month now since I put a request for it.. I'm sure we are not the only unhappy residents here, hopefully these appartments get better management someday.
