- SCShawlotta CromwellNov 13, 20255.0I just want to say living here Solstice apartments has been great Joanna the new Manager, is awesome straightforward honest don’t be around the bush about anything. Tell the truth go by the book if you’re looking for a place to live this would be a great place for you. There’s no hiding anything her word is her bond she is trustworthy and she goes beyond the best for her attendance every Manager, before her. I’m sorry I don’t mean to be rude but the year that I’ve been here, nobody cares they’ll tell you anything throw you under the bus. Tell you it’s OK to be late with the rent when it wasn’t OK. It was just like a lot of drama and back-and-forth where it’s none of that with her I promise if you move here, she will not let you down and it was such a honor to meet her even though I think this is my last year here, I might stay because of her, but if she get transferred to somewhere else, I am definitely leaving because there’s no other manager like her within the 2 year of me being hereI had six different apartment managers and all of them make their own rules and I’m just over it. Love you Joanna and I appreciate you and I thank you for everything you have done Thank you for just caring. You’re just freaking awesome.

Then Ms Jada who’s been extremely helpful answering all my questions over the phone and email. And finally the property manager Ms Aime who made sure the unit was nice and clean and ready for move in. Your team have been wonderful and very kind helping my family through the process. Thank you very much ladies. Maintenance has also been very helpful and quick with answering our requests and completing them same day. As for the area, it really is a nice and quiet community. I’ve seen security patrolling around at night. Our unit is a perfect size for our little family.
