- PRPaco RodrigezNov 6, 20251.0I’ve lived in this community for over a year, and moving here was one of my biggest mistakes. The neighborhood is not safe, and there are several serious issues that make it unsuitable for families. First, drivers in the park do not prioritize safety at all. They constantly speed, there are almost no stop signs or speed limit signs visible, and there are no speed bumps to slow traffic. This creates a high risk of accidents, and it only takes one careless driver for someone to get seriously hurt. Second, the management does not enforce rules or provide support. The office is rarely staffed, phone calls go unanswered, and voicemails never get returned. While there may be contracts or guidelines on paper, nothing is actually enforced. Overall, I would not recommend anyone move here, especially with family. Safety is not a priority, and all that seems to matter is profit. I strongly suggest looking for a safer, better-managed community.
