  I have lived at San Moritz apartments since 2003. The reason I have stayed so long is the fact that I've looked each year at other, newer apartments in the valley and none of them compare to what residents here have. First, the location is perfect to get anywhere in the valley. We are close to the entrances and exits for Summerlin Parkway as well as i95. Across the street is a public park with Pickleball courts, a walking track, a workout area, and a children's playground. There are grocery stores, restaurants, banks, medical offices and MountainView Hospital within minutes from here. The grounds are well maintained with several grassy areas for dog owners, three pools (one heated) and two spas, and a well equipped fitness room. The apartments are large, spacious, and well designed. The complex is now in the process of renovating the apartments and the renovations are BEAUTIFUL. The management office is always ready to help with any problems that might occur and our maintenance team is probably one of the best in the valley. All in all, you get more for your money here than almost anywhere else in the valley.

  I've lived her for almost 4 years and love San Moritz! The staff is always very helpful and the community is beautiful. I love my apartment

  The entire staff is amazing! The energy is a 10!. Everyone makes you feel like family. Very clean, quite and you have grocery stores close by. Rent from them you won’t regret it.

  Went to check out this community and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. Juan especially was very helpful and informative a professional. Beautiful community. Thank you Juan appreciate all your help keep up the great work.
