  Rich was amazing! We had never sold a house before and he did everything he could to make us comfortable with the process. If we did not understand something all we had to do was text or call him and he would explain it. Many times he anticipated our needs and would call and explain the process to us. Every step of the process went smoothly because of Rich and the care he took in the process. Rich is completely professional and did everything he could to help us sell our home. We could not have sold our house without him.

  Rich is simply amazing. We relocated to Las Vegas from Southern California and the process was filled with challenges. Our sale in CA ended up in escrow for 75 days. Our first escrow in Las Vegas was cancelled due to a low appraisal and each step of the way Rich was there for us as both a Realtor and a counselor. No matter the obstacle or how ready to give up we were, he kept us going and helped us focus on the outcome we set out to achieve. When we first met with Rich at his office he told us about a few new communities here in Las Vegas, but we were sure we wanted a resale and he showed us over 25 properties in one weekend. When our first escrow cancelled due to low appraisal, Rich again showed us more properties and was able to get an inside tip on a new home with a pool size lot in an amazing community. That is now our wonderful new home and we could not be happier. We were lucky enough to make our first local friend in Rich. We highly recommend Rich, and if fact, we look forward to working with him again when we build our forever home.

  Rich was an absolutely AMAZING realtor and helped us every step of the way in purchasing our first and dream home. He took every call, handled every hiccup and made it the easiest process ever and we couldn't be happier. The only wrong thing you could do is NOT choose Rich as your realtor.   Rich was great to work with. He always returned our calls and responded quickly to our concerns. He never showed a property that did not match our interest. We will recommend him to anyone looking for a house.
