    AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Living here was extremely frustrating. There were repeated leaks and frequent water shutoffs, sometimes leaving residents without basic necessities. Communication about building access was poor—keys or entry systems would change without notice, and you only found out once your key stopped working. The leasing office repeatedly provided inconsistent and incorrect information about lease terms and move-out procedures, creating unnecessary stress. In particular, Jessica Carter was unpleasant to interact with and consistently came across as dismissive and unhelpful when clarification or assistance was requested. Management’s communication style also felt abrupt and unapproachable. Mold concerns in the unit were dismissed. Instead of proper maintenance or remediation, I was told to clean it myself. Maintenance issues were handled poorly overall: the bathtub was spray-painted instead of properly resurfaced, causing paint chips to come off during use; the AC unit leaked and stopped working due to lack of regular maintenance; and mold in the shower and toilet tank was repeatedly painted over rather than properly addressed. Noise, trash, and safety concerns involving other residents were reported with no meaningful action taken. There was also a serious violent incident on the property, which further raised safety concerns. On move-out day, leasing staff called a tow truck to remove our vehicle while we were actively loading in the designated loading area. Despite previously being told to load there, the situation escalated unnecessarily and became confrontational. Overall, management does not come across as professional, responsive, or supportive. I left many interactions feeling unheard. Anyone considering living here should ask detailed questions in writing and keep thorough records of all communication.
