  Love this place. I went in for a tour and was cheerfully greeted by Lynnie Jenkins. What a way to start a day. She was very friendly and took me to my future apt. 🤞She was very patient and cheerful. The apartment was perfect for me, and I want to thank Lynnie for making my decision a pleasant one. I'm sold. THANK YOU!

  I would recommend steering far clear of this complex. I submitted an application with a 700+ credit score and income verification, and no rental history issues on any of my 3 credit reports. The application was rejected stating Transunion reported an “Unsatisfactory residential history” and I was advised to contact Transunion. Contacted Transunion’s rental division and spoke to 2 agents, both of whom advised that they did see the inquiry submitted from this complex on 9/8, but that there was no negative rental history in my account and their recommendation was to approve based on renters terms. I read the letter sent and the Transunion rep literally stated “There is nothing in your report that is negative. I don’t know why they would tell you that.” I have never had any late payments or lease terminations, so there is no reporting there at all. Also confirmed with the prior property office that Rancho claimed is the issue, and they advised that my lease was terminated in good standing. Contacted the leasing office here and requested a copy of the report they received, as Transunion is disputing that they give the information Rancho Del Sol’s office is reporting and they advised “we cannot do that” (presumably because it does not exist.) The only explanations here 1) they are lying about what information was returned to them by Transunion or 2) someone mishandled their job. Highly recommend looking for a place where management is more forthright and honest, because this isn’t. UPDATE 9/20: received a print copy of my Transunion report as requested which shows no rental history reporting at all, and the other complex that the leasing agent here claimed was the negative report not only confirmed no such reporting exists, but offered me a new lease to come back. Why would they do that if they were negatively reporting my past lease? I can’t imagine Rancho Del Sol is so desperate for $ that they are accepting non-refundable rental application fees for apps they do not intend to approve, but that’s the only explanation for how this was handled.
