***READ THIS BEFORE YOU SUBMIT OFFER VIA RAINBOW CROSSING or TENAYA SPRINGS*** I really wish I didn't have to leave a negative review but those involved need to be held responsible for their actions for the extremely bad experience we had trying to purchase a home from PULTE. This review is specific to 2 agents that work for Pulte (That should not be trusted & avoided at all costs!) Ping -Rainbow Crossing Duane - American West On July 5th my wife and I decided to check out the models at rainbow crossing (1st time seeing Pulte homes,) knowing they close at 6pm we arrived at 5:30 to do a quick walkthrough. Upon entering nobody greeted us, only after a few min a lady came out and handed us a sheet with the models/prices, her name Ping was listed on the sheet. She didnt say a word to us, not "hello" or "hi how are you" or "can I assist with anything" and no introduction whatsoever. On our way out at 6pm after viewing 3 models which we loved, Ping was locking up the doors to the models and I asked her a question to which she replied in the most unfriendly and annoyed voice. From that moment on, we knew we wouldn't ever work with her. Shortly after we spoke to our realtors who mentioned they have had nothing but issues there with the rainbow crossing location with other buyers so they suggested another agent (duane) that works at a diff location if were became interested in submitting an offer. > Fast forward to July 25, Monday I drove from home in PHX directly to LV to meet my realtors & Duane and get an offer submitted via duane Friday night, (which he had told us he could do even though it was outside the "quick move-in" 60 threshold)  He mentioned that it normally takes 2-3 HOURS to hear back. > July 26, Saturday - by 2pm when I hadn't heard back I stopped by to see Duane, he said he was working on gathering info on some of the upgrades I asked about and then going to send it thru to Ping to approve. > July 27, Sunday - still haven't heard, reached out to my realtors who called and said duane told them it has to go thru Ping he is unable to submit the offer. > July 28, Monday - 4pm, still no updates. I go directly to rainbow crossing, Ping tells me the house already has an offer and is basically sold. So when did they plan on telling us or our realtors????? I learned that Ping was on PTO and came back on Monday, duane never mentioned that. I never heard back from Duane until Tuesday (4 DAYS AFTER WE SUBMITTED OFFER!!!)  likely only after my realtors gave him an earful for how he handled the situation. After getting additional details supposedly another offer came in on Thursday from another family that bought 2 houses in that community with a diff agent. According to ping who I would never trust said the offer that came in on Thursday went back and forth a couple days but was accepted on Sat. So after sitting in Duane's office and having a nice 90 min conversation with him he expects me to believe that at 3:45 when I left he had no idea that another offer had been accepted on the property we submitted an offer to that he was working on! Absolute BS! We spent 6+ months researching the Las Vegas & which builder we wanted to purchase from, and for this to happen on our 1st offer to buy a home in Vegas is infuriating. To the PULTE Management Team (Annisa/Regina/Frank) I don't think the builder would appreciate 2 of your agents' actions given our excitement to purchase a home from Pulte. It's their direct actions that resulted in this fallout. Even if we were never going to get our offer accepted due to the other offer coming in the day before (which I'm still not believing) rather I believe some shady actions behind the scenes, with the agents having a negative history with my realtors not wanting to give their clients the opportunity to make the first offer, instead give someone who has already purchased 2 homes in that development to buy a 3rd home. I seriously hope this matter gets addressed and actions are taken to see that this doesn't happen to other potential buyers in the future.

My husband and I entered the homebuying process with a genuine interest in Pulte Homes, specifically the Rainbow Crossing community in Las Vegas. We were ready to make a purchase and even traveled from Phoenix to Las Vegas to submit an offer. What followed was a series of concerning events involving two Pulte sales agents, Ping and Duane, that reflect serious breakdowns in professionalism, transparency, and customer care. JULY 5: POOR FIRST IMPRESSION We visited the Rainbow Crossing models 30 minutes before closing. No one greeted us for several minutes. Eventually, a representative—Ping—handed us a price sheet without a single word or offer of assistance. When I asked a basic question on our way out, her response was curt and visibly annoyed. We left with the impression that our presence was unwelcome. JULY 25–28: OFFER SUBMISSION & MISREPRESENTATION On July 25, we drove from Phoenix to meet our realtors and Duane, another Pulte agent who our agents suggested due to prior issues with Ping. We submitted a formal offer through him that Friday evening. He stated we would receive a response within 2–3 hours. Saturday, July 26: Still no update. Duane told us that Ping was "working on it" and we would hear back shortly. Monday, July 28: We learned Ping had been on vacation the entire time and had just returned that day. If Ping was unavailable all weekend, why were we told she was working on our offer? That same day, Ping told us the home we had submitted an offer on was already sold to another buyer. Her exact comment: “We understand some realtors like to work with another agent, but no agent will have the same update as we do.” This implied that because we chose to submit through Duane—avoiding Ping—we lost our opportunity. If this is how Pulte handles buyers working with independent representation, it warrants serious scrutiny. JULY 29: DISMISSIVE RESPONSE & LACK OF ESCALATION We arrived at the sales office at 10:00 AM to meet Ping. Despite knowing in advance we were coming, she did not show up. She later told our realtor that she had overslept due to jetlag. There was no apology, no replacement, and no attempt to communicate. While waiting, we asked to speak with a manager. We were given the name of Anisa Patton but were told not to contact her until speaking with Ping first. We were made to wait in Ping’s office, and no staff member acknowledged our presence or attempted to assist, despite knowing we were visibly upset. The atmosphere felt indifferent, dismissive, and intentionally obstructive. TODAY: AUGUST 3 It has now been over a week. We have received no follow-up, no apology, and no acknowledgment from Ping or anyone at Pulte. KEY CONCERNS Misinformation: We were told Ping was handling our offer while she was on vacation. Bias & Retaliation: A comment made by Ping suggests our choice to submit through another agent cost us the home. Unprofessional Conduct: Scheduled meetings were missed without notice or apology. Gatekeeping Culture: Staff discouraged escalation to management, creating a dead-end experience. Lack of Basic Courtesy: No one from the office acknowledged or assisted us, even when we were clearly frustrated and asking for help. MESSAGE TO PULTE MANAGEMENT (INCLUDING ANISA PATTON & REGIONAL LEADERSHIP) We came to Rainbow Crossing with serious buying intent, strong financial readiness, and full commitment. Unfortunately, this experience has led us to question not only the professionalism of individual agents but the culture of accountability within your sales offices. We respectfully request the following: A direct response from Pulte leadership Clarification on internal policies regarding agent selection and offer handling A formal apology for the mismanagement of our experience Consideration of how this matter might still be fairly addressed. We hope this review is seen as a constructive wake-up call—not just for customer service improvement, but for restoring trust in the Pulte brand.
