    I would like to point out that yes I am immensely upset at the negligence and unprofessionalism this company has given, but I also want the focus to be on the three outstanding employees that I did interact wit.. Robert ,Nicholas and Davariz! These 3 folks are phenomenal and should be recognized as such! Those 3 guys are the sole reason I am changing this review and why I didn’t post photos. Robert 100% a problem solver!! He very direct and to the point and it’s great appreciated. Davariz knows his stuff and gives you all the info you could dream of! You made orientation simple and easy. Nicholas-well this guy just walks on water. He’s been to my home about 3 times now and it’s always an absolute pleasure!! Note for the folks reaching out to these reviews: it seems like your comments on here are a dog and pony show to save your reputation to the public not necessarily fix the concerns and problems of your resident. If getting to the bottom of the concerns is an actual goal we should be able to reach you with the concerns and not go to the regular call center to people who don’t know how to reach you. Thank you for your time. Id to start by saying the homes are gorgeous, and it's very convenient to tour them on your own. Like many other reviewers, calling can be a nightmare. You are given extensions, but there is nowhere to enter the extension for the person you are calling. After a few calls, I quickly realized it was just a call centered and many, if not most, agents were working from home, and it was clear some were very distracted. MY experiences started off very rocky. I completed my paper, and once approved, I kept receiving emails addressed to someone else. When I called, I was told,” I don't see it on my end,” and I replied I can send you a screenshot, and all the agent said was I believe you. I've just given you a tad over 5k. Can the emails come to the person paying, please? I received my keys and was very disappointed because the house was filthy, and I do mean filthy. I called, and one of the call center reps, who sounded like he was in a car, told me the house was indeed cleaned. This sent me over because I had pictures to prove it had not. I put in a series of work orders and had the pleasure of meeting Nicholas, who is absolutely phenomenal. He's fast, very knowledgeable, and I didn't mind him being in my home. On top of that, he was very friendly and not transactional. Surprisingly, he asked how I liked my home so far, and I told him that if I had known what condition this place would be in, I would have gone for a different home. Nicholaas (mind you, he's the maintenance tech and no dog in this race) looked so surprised and said, "This is not the standard we offer." Keep reaching out to your move-in specialist. Reluctantly, I reached out again. Although it had been a week since I sent her a message asking to be called, I still hadn't received one. Robert called me that night, and I appreciate his directness in asking, “Well, what is it that you want?” I told him I wanted to know why my home wasn't cleaned. Robert replied, “Hey, this isn't the norm. Sometimes things fall through the cracks”. At that moment, all my anger and disappointment disappeared because I was finally able to speak to an adult who was honest about the home's condition. That's all I wanted. Don't brush me off as if I'm a fruit fly. Address my concerns, even if the answers aren't what I want to hear. In closing, yes, it was rough, but through my experiences with Robert nd Nicholaas, the company has regained my trust. I'm going to try to request Nivholas for every work order because he is AMAZING! ROBERT AND NICK Thank you both for your help!

    Luanne made the process from applying to a property to moving in very easy! She exceeded my and my families expectations when it came to communicating all steps of the process - from an email or phone call, she was always on top of it. Even after we had a small setback of repairs before moving in - Luanne committed to helping us overcome it and keep us updated with any changes and we ended up moving in with no hassle nor a setback after all. I can’t recommend this property management group enough - everything is done online and secure. And lastly, Davariz made the move in orientation just as seamless as the entire process.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. My entire experience with Progress Residential has been a series of conflicting instructions, broken promises, unanswered calls, and closed tickets with no resolution. Every step of the process has been disorganized, confusing, and frustrating. From the initial inquiry through pre-lease, lease signing, move-in inspection, renters insurance verification, and utility setup, nothing has been handled correctly. I’ve received contradictory emails about utilities, including one set saying to set them up directly and another saying gas, water, sewer, and trash must go through Rent Café. No one seems to know the actual process, and instead of solving problems, they simply transfer you in circles. Phone support is nearly impossible to navigate. They provide phone numbers with extensions, yet their AI system doesn’t use extensions at all. After sitting on hold waiting for a person, you finally get transferred into voicemail dead ends. Cases get closed without resolution. Callbacks are promised but never happen. The most unprofessional moment came from Davariz Swanson, who told me outright that he was “not here to answer questions” and that I was supposed to speak with my move-in specialist. That specialist then told me to speak with Davariz. Neither took ownership, and neither provided answers. At the moment I’m leaving this review, I’ve already signed the lease, paid deposits, and even have the lockbox code for the keys, but I still can’t access the home because the community is gated. I’ve been requesting the gate code for more than two weeks. Some staff say a gate code doesn’t exist, even though the community absolutely has one. Emails, tickets, and voicemails have all gone unanswered. The only bright spot in this entire process has been Lori Madrid. She is the one person who has shown initiative, professionalism, and genuine effort in trying to help me get the gate code and other issues resolved, but even she is having trouble getting clear answers. Her support stands in stark contrast to the rest of the experience. If I didn’t want this specific property, I would have walked away and chosen any other home not “managed” by Progress Residential. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. They are disorganized, unresponsive, and make an already stressful moving process far more difficult than it needs to be.
