This review is mainly for a person not so much the company. Urla has been the most amazing POC when paying my rent. Always pleasant and always helpful with everything that I have needed. I hope that I continue to see her throughout my stay with Progress residential.
Now as far as the company its a bit pricy but the stay has been pleasant nonetheless. Very few issues with the house. Any problems have been fixed almost immediately. A little hard to reach people on the phone but thats how it is now with technology. I hope that rent stats to go down soon because I would love to stay where I am. Its hard to rent in Vegas. Thank you Progress for the opportunity and for the professionalism.

Jay was awesome. Right on time. Replaced a leaking faucet with a nicer model which required new holes in the sink. He cleared the clogged drain from the dishwasher, replaced our garbage dispose-all with a brand new model. All within a couple hours max. Could not have asked for a better interaction. Give bro a raise.

After calling for a technician to figure out why I had no water to my washer, I felt really useless finding out I had not turned on the water valve. In my defense, the initial installer should have turned it on.
The responding Progress Residential technician, Flavio R. Did not make fun of me or mind coming out for what was essentially user error. He then went on, as a courtesy, to install a water filter I had not originally asked for. He then explained everything a renter should know about a house they’re renting, information that will be key to our year’s stay. Thank you Flavio for being such a great professional!

This place is a joke. They hire cheap contractors that do shitty work and won't fix nothing unless you get an hoa violation everything that goes wrong they blame on you even though it was their cheap contractors. They won't answer any of your questions calls or emails, but expect you to answer theirs. all these good reviews are probably their friends family or fake accounts worst property management ever
