Just being told every week that they are waiting on “approval”. YET the moment people move out they can get these companies out to “renovate “ for the next renter but can’t get appliances, doors, etc. repaired/replaced in a timely manner. If you don’t want to waste time & money don’t move here! Have been and CURRENTLY still experiencing way too many issues to name since moving in a newly “renovated” apartment from an older model. New appliances not working, not having heat, water entering under porch door on night 1, poor communication, timeliness, etc. I could go on and on. Absolutely worst moving and living experience ever. Mind you I’m about to give birth. BEWARE!
