She answered all of our questions and was very professional throughout the tour. She was truly the highlight of our visit ,thank you! The apartments were beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, the storage space in the unit wasn’t enough for my family’s needs, which was the only reason we didn’t move forward. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience.

Derrick is very knowledgeable and was able to fix our sink in no time at all and even upgraded the faucet to a newer model which was super nice! Not a big fan of the new property management company at Octave though. Have had too many issues come up with responsiveness and not answering the phones or responding to emails. The quality of the complex has dropped drastically and they have fees for every little thing that didn’t even exist with the previous company. My wife and I used to love it here, we have lived here for 8 years, this is where we raised our family, but now we can’t wait until our lease ends so we can find a different place to live.
