  I've lived in a lot of apartments, and this one easily ranks at the bottom. Management is disorganized, unresponsive, and constantly changing. Just when you figure out who's in charge, they're gone -- which makes getting anything resolved nearly impossible. Be especially careful where you park. Cars are towed aggressively with no real notice, and management takes zero responsibility when it happens. Expect to be blamed even when you've followed the rules. The property itself is poorly maintained. Bugs are a regular issue, common areas are neglected, and promised upgrades never materialize. A security gate has been "in progress" for years, yet nothing changes. Given the surrounding area, basic security should not be optional. Amenities are advertised but not maintained. Shared spaces sit broken for months, and residents are left paying for features they can't use. Instead of real repairs, management opts for quick cosmetic fixes that don't address underlying problems. This place feels like it's being run on autopilot with no concern for the people who actually live here. If you're considering moving here, think twice -- there are far better options for the price.

  If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This place is the worst of the worst. Please stay away -- and if you currently live here, I genuinely feel bad for you. They will tow your car with no warning and then blame you for it. Namaste Apartments is infested with roaches. A gated entrance was promised five years ago and is still unfinished. When you live next to Chinatown and a large homeless population, a secure gate is an absolute necessity. The grills have been broken since summer, so you can't even BBQ. Management and staff change every couple of months, so there's zero consistency or relationship with long-term residents. The tacky paint job is just a cover-up for their bare-minimum effort to make this place livable. Nothing is actually fixed -- it's all cosmetic. Save yourself the headache and live somewhere else.

  WORST PLACE EVER •INFESTED WITH ROACHES -so bad it’s like this place breeds them! •GAVE US INCORRECT PAPERWORK -our lease was up in November and was even told by management to confirm… later on after move out, new management had a paper that stated different. THEN IMMEDIATELY SENT US TO COLLECTIONS!!! I Tried to pay them but they wanted more Now it stand at almost 6,000 in collections! WORST PLACE EVER I PROMISE YOU They respond to a review but can never respond to a single phone call and email so I can actually get this payment plan handled. I have multiple receipts of me trying to reach out and tried to comply. It’s been 1 year since…. Get it together management.
