After calling the leasing office AGAIN to inquire about my check and asked for the name and number of the company, I was simply told "Waterton.com and the number is at the bottom of the page" š. After googling Waterton, it all makes sense. They have horrible reviews from across the country with multiple reddit posts about their predatory behavior. It's 2025 and not difficult nor time consuming to refund a persons money. I'm also seeing from other reviews that Mirasol will try not to give you your depso6after moving out. Avoid at all costs.

- DPDeshone PaceNov 9, 20231.0Iām a flight attendant living in these apartments. Apparently I have to let them know when Iām coming and going so they wonāt tow my car from my assigned spot. When asked to show me where this rule was in the contract the manager told me she no longer wanted to speak to me because I was being unprofessional. I donāt like to yell or raise my voice so Iām sure it wasnāt my tone that bothered her. They will not help you. So be careful renting here!!
