After calling the leasing office AGAIN to inquire about my check and asked for the name and number of the company, I was simply told "Waterton.com and the number is at the bottom of the page" š. After googling Waterton, it all makes sense. They have horrible reviews from across the country with multiple reddit posts about their predatory behavior. It's 2025 and not difficult nor time consuming to refund a persons money. I'm also seeing from other reviews that Mirasol will try not to give you your depso6after moving out. Avoid at all costs.

- AHArden HodappJun 13, 20251.0SCAMMY - DONT RENT HERE Not only is this property not upkept (pool always green, trash everywhere, etc) but the staff is rude and never answers the phone or responds to emails. It takes multiple attempts to get them to communicate anything with you. After move out they are trying to charge me an entire month of rent because of a mistake on their end and now employees are lying about what happened in order to protect themselves. Multiple times they have messed up behind the scenes between lease renewals, overcharging, etc. The staff is a mess. This place is overpriced and not worth the headache.
