The process was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. The quality of the home exceeded our expectations we especially love the open concept layout, the spacious kitchen with upgraded cabinets and countertops, and the beautiful natural light throughout the home. The master suite feels like a retreat, and the energy-efficient features are a huge bonus. Special thanks to Curtis, our construction manager, for his professionalism and attention to detail he treated our home like it was his own and made sure everything was perfect. His communication was outstanding and made the entire experience enjoyable. We also want to give a big shoutout to Robbie, the underwriter, who truly went above and beyond. When things seemed impossible and there appeared to be no way forward, Robbie never gave up. His persistence, reassurance, and commitment made all the difference, and we are so grateful for his help. The construction manager made sure we understand our warranty, and gave us the info we need if we have to make inquiries or request. The only issue i had was one of the fire alarms was faulty and wakes me up at 3am or whenever it feels like beeping. Changed the batteries and didnt fix it.
