  Place is a mess, 8 property managers in a year since I’ve been here. Just about every apartment has or had a mold problem, trash and fights everywhere throughout the neighborhood. Car got broken into, get charged over 100 dollars in hidden fees and the list goes on. Do not move here

  I've toured with Mya last week, she was very sweet, and took her time with us she pointed out all the great amenities the property has to offer and even showed us the model, and 2 different units on each side of the property i appreciate her taking her time with us and making us feel welcomed. definitely going to lease with escena

  This review is about Tequana Bogar. I was able to tour with her same day without an appointment and that was the first satisfactory I got. I was able to tour two different models and chose the one I preferrer. She took her time with explaining all my options, prices, and concessions available. I was also able to get a quote for the apartment sent over to me and apply same-day. I wanted a quick and Easy move in and that’s exactly what I got. Overall a wonderful experience and I am so happy with Escena being my new home.

  Sthephen Rodriguez is always the one the come right one to fix anything is broken in my apartment his job is very good the best he gets everything to work properly again I’m so glad this property have an hard working employee like Rodriguez Thank you for being so kind and respectful always
