  The staff is super nice, everyone speaks with kindness. However the maintenance apparently like to leave old screws around, and don't actually care how things look, just that they work in some minor way (they told me only the timed dry works on my dryer which it doesn't and I've found several screws on my floor and right outside my door) The issue is the state of the apartment. 1st I received the wrong floor plan and it wasn't even ready for move in from the looks of it. Cleaners did a poor job, and a light switch was missing (but the panel was still present) feels like every week I have to request something else be fixed (mind you some items have had to be requested several times and still aren't proper). The fireplace was not worth this constant headache. 2 months and I've already got half a mind to break my lease and still haven't unpacked because I strongly believe I won't stay the entire lease and I'd rather not have to pack it all back up a week after unpacking. I also feel like there's some sort of retaliation for me telling them all the issues in my apartment as they one left my oven running one day, alongside the thermostat at 80 degrees, and then changed out my working thermostat with a smaller crappy looking one shortly after I requested them to tighten the screws on it so that it didn't wobble all the time. I didn't seek much coming here, just a nice easy move in to a move in ready apartment. Unfortunately I only got nice staff which is the saving grace. I very rarely have to go into a new apartment and take so many photos to make sure I don't get charged at the end. A few is normal, an album is not. I don't usually write reviews, but I managed to get frustrated enough to write this one.

  Mercedes at Desert Vistas is Amazing (5 Stars) ! Me & My family needed somewhere to live ASAP . Within the time being we were able to get settled in sooner than we thought she handles everything with care & precision. When it comes to adjustments she is willing to work with you as much as she could very much helpful & understanding ! Great service 10/10 . Keep up the phenomenal work ✅🙌🏾

  Mercedes is hands down one of the best mangers I ever came across . She made moving into my apartment easier than I expected . She was very clear of everything and I recommend this apartment to anybody !!
