- ACAiea ClarkDec 31, 20254.0Oscar was FANTASTIC, friendly, and definitely a professional staff member that can help you get started living here. I took off a star because of 2 main reasons. 1) Some amenities (like the main pool and the leasing office) look refreshing while others (like the gym, barbecue grills, mailboxes, and even inside the units) look a bit "antique" for my liking. This is merely a personal preference, but if you are looking for an upscale complex, you may want to see this property first to get your own opinion. 2) While most of the property is decently upkept, I can't help but point out the concerning amount of animal droppings that I saw on my tour. The amount of animal feces along with the exterior of the buildings (although I know that this complex isn't necessarily the newest) was unfortunately a "turn off" for me as I would prefer a property that is tidier. I also wanted to point out that it's roughly $50/month for a reserved covered parking spot with no garage options available. These things make me rather hesitant about signing a lease here. However, I will say that the apartments themselves look spacious and have decent appliances (though laundry could be outside and units may not have a microwave). Like I said, even though the units look "antique" in my opinion, there's nothing that some interior design and decor can't fix. Overall, my experience with the staff (Oscar) was fabulous and if you want a decent-priced apartment with more "antique" appliances — and if you don't mind how the amenities/property look — then I would do research on this complex and be sure to schedule a tour to see for yourself.

Fabi and Mercedes in the leasing office, are so delightful and kind. They even have Christmas gifts for the kids and a Santa Claus coming to Desert Vistas. Everyone here gives the best customer service! I love this team and I'm looking forward to living here.
