The representative that answered the phone was not knowledgeable about the fees associated with leasing agreements. I feel like if you work in leasing you should be knowledgeable in those kind of things.

The premium ones? Obsessed. Everything felt high-end but still livable, which I loved. Overall just a really good vibe. If you go, definitely try to tour with Brooke. She made the whole thing feel fun and stress-free.
