  After visiting to be at an event I can say I saw What a great and wonderful coordinator. “Rachelle Taylor.” She is really hands on and involved with the activities and well being of the residents and goes the extra effort to make sure that living there means being part of a community. Keep up the good work you do

  Hello, I had a wonderful time here at the facility when visiting family. Rachelle was great, she was very helpful, energetic and attentive. She's such a wonderful to talk with and made you feel comfortable. Big up yourself Rachelle 👏 👏 👏

  Just moved back after being gone a couple of years. The maintenance supervisor Ismael is absolutely the best, prompt, professional. He knows his job inside and out. Can't say enough good things about my experience. Activities director Rachelle It's very helpful, Leasing Agent Shiloh is always on top of things.

  For over six years I had the pleasure of residing at Country Club at the Meadows. My apartment well fit my needs, and I much appreciated the extra storage space provided by the lockable outdoor closets off of my entrance patio. Being originally from the East, I had never previously resided in a gated community, but the extra sense of security provided by living in one added to my belief that living at Country Club at the Meadows gave me good value for the money. The most outstanding benefit of living at Country Club at the Meadows, however, is the staff, both maintenance and front office. The few maintenance requests I needed to make in my years there were always handled quickly and expertly by a friendly maintenance person, and the front office staff always responded likewise whenever I needed them. Perhaps the greatest testimonial to how uniquely excellent the staff people are happened over a year after I retired back to Knoxville, TN to be near family. When living at Country Club at the Meadows, JCPenney at the nearby Meadows Mall had always been my go-to store for shoes, glasses and assorted other items, and when I needed to get a few things here in Knoxville, I got on the Internet and ordered them from JCPenney online. Unfortunately it didn’t occur to me to make sure that my JCPenney default mailing address had been changed to my home here in Knoxville, and the items I had ordered online were sent to Country Club at the Meadows rather than to me here in Tennessee. Although it was entirely my fault that this misdelivery happened, the staff at Country Club at the Meadows went out of their way to help me in my dealings with UPS to have the misdelivered items returned to JCPenney so that I could get a refund. What can I say except that the Country Club staff is simply marvelous, and I’ll always be indebted to them.
