- JMJeremy Myers5 days ago2.0Apartments are okay, but the parking policy is dramatic. All parking in front of the apartments requires a parking pass and open parking is few and far between. The main reason for 2 stars is because they put a parking violation sticker on your car that does damage your window. It is difficult to remove and leaves permanent residue.

When I've needed something done the maintenence has been done within 48 hours. Miss Tina makes sure of that . Then there is miss Taylor who is so sweet to chat and joke with me everyday. The office people are so nice . Then there is Ryan who is the event planner he is awesome. He was the very first person I spoke with here . I've enjoyed being with my grandkids at the beautiful pool this last summer. I moved to copper creek to be close to my family. I do think that they need a place for the kids to play like swings and slides and stuff like that.

The application process was straightforward and secure with personal data. The offices were inviting , clean and tastefully decorated. We were informed of the many amenities offered at the complex with enthusiasm. Taylor gave us a tour of the apartment we were interested in and completed our walk through after the acceptance process was approved. We’re pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the secure gate entry system. Were kept up to date on the community and activities through email regularly. Highly recommend this property.

Everyone, in the Leasing Office are so nice & friendly, including Ryan, our Concierge who is very welcoming and who is a great guy, who oversees all of the fun activities and events here at the Copper Creek Apts. He is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The maintenance staff at the Copper Creek Apts are very effecient as well. After submitting a maintenance request, the guys are in response within 48 hours. They are great. I can tell, they enjoy their job. The landscapers are always attending the property. Keeping the scrubs and trees trimmed, mowing the grass. Its a good feeling to take pride in where you live. I can't forget to mention the Manager at the Copper Creek Apts. Her name is Myra. A meet the manager meeting was arranged, for those who may have any questions with regards to the Copper Creek Apts. Myra is very friendly and I think she is doing a great job with the entire staff. So, if you're looking for a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment, furnished or unfurnished, resort like living, beautiful landscaping, great amenities, family oriented environment and lots of fun activities, please check out behind the gate at the Copper Creek Apts. You will be glad you did. 😊
