  DO NOT BUY! This place ridiculously screwed over my family. For years we have been trying to contact them and never have recieved a response of any kind.During a hardship in their lives they got a home from here, was placed on their property, and it was fully damaged. Costing hundreds of thousands of dollars in repairs and to this day is still not fixed fully. They sold them a home with damaged pipes and nothing was up to code leaving it on the family. This has ruined their lives. Never being able to get ahead, even keep up, feel safe or comfortable in the home. The windows, the sills, the plumbing, the pipes, even the tub/shower stoppers, cabinets literally just falling apart; I could continue on. I have begged for them to make this right and try to save my family as quietly and respectfully as I can but they never respond let alone help to make their mistake right. To take advantage of two elderly disabled women is disgusting.To take advantage of any human being is diabolical. The family keeps to them selves and have always tried to help anyone they can out of just genuine consideration of fellow human beings. I'm sorry for posting this but for God sake i'm just a human being trying to protect and save her family and anyone else I can in my lifetime. I'm at a loss of what else I can do. To anyone buying their safe space, the place where they'll make memories, have friends over, feel comfortable; your home: Don't trust ANY inspections! Get a couple opinions! Check ALL paperwork over & over & over making sure THEY have signed all necessary parts, you're getting a SAFE & fair deal. Life is so hard on its own without worldly additives making it so much harder. Please forgive me for my long rant but another family or any single person being affected like we have worries me and kills me inside. I've tried researching & learning how to fix anything I can but with getting a regular job being so unbelievably difficult for it seems to me no good reason PLEASE get your home with someone you can truly & completely trust. Protect yourself. Protect each other. The world doesn't need to be this cruel & hard if we work together. YEs we purchased FROM Clayton Homes. BUG Clayton Homes sign outside, All the paperwork says Clayton Homes, So before someone says it was probably through an independent dealership I just want to make sure I have proof it was Clayton Homes. I am in no way trying to come across as cruel or angry but desperate for my family and anyone else to not have this happen to them.

  If I could give this company minus stars I would. To make a long story short, this Company sold us a home with plumbing connection errors made at the factory that caused the home to flood. They would not help us in the least. I had to turn in a claim with my homeowners insurance and three months later we’re back in the home. Do not buy anything from this company.
