  Came over from Hawaii on a promotional offer was thinking about buying into their timeshare for 56,000 and some change but after staying here for three days The not so cleanliness of the room the fact that you can’t even get a cup of coffee in this place or a clean coffee pot in your room because nobody’s at work and their response was too bad that sucks nobody comes in till 8 AM! Then the bombardment and harassment from their timeshare team and the fact that they can’t take no for the 12,000th time, or the fact that they don’t even give you time to discuss with your partner whether it’s something to do they wanna a demanding answer right then and there as soon as they ask the question! Think this place needs to work on its cleanliness, hospitality, and respect towards the people they got duped into purchasing your timeshare!

  On 6.4.2022 after staying 3 days at the Club 36 Bluegreen "resort" we discovered the room was infested with Bedbugs. My wife was showing bites up and down her arm which prompted me to look more thoroughly on the headboard and under the seams of the matress. Sure enough, there was black and brown specs, Bedbugs, shells, and blood stains. WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO POST FULL REVIEW. POINT IS I HAD TO LEAVE OVER $500 WORTH OF CLOTHES AND SHOES DUE TO THEM BEING EXPOSED TO BEDBUGS. TAMMY THE HOTEL MANAGER WAS UNPROFESSIONAL IN MANNER. THE ONLY COURTEOUS ACTION SHE COMPLETED WAS AGREEING WE NEED A FULL POINTS REFUND. WE HAD TO MOVE THREE TIMES TO STAY THE NIGHT IN A ROOM THAT WAS NOT INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS.
