  So far not good website makes it look great almost 5 star I was told my apartment was move in ready but was also told I cant see it they would show me another unit similar upon arrival, the unit is half painted, shelves are broken. And my sinks leaked water.My laundry room was covered in nats maintenance is very wishy washy and never shows up when they say they will i've put in several work orders to have my garbage disposal and dishwasher fixed.Both have not worked since I moved in work Orders are being set as complete.And nobody's even come by.I can't plug anything in my walls because the plugs are loose and wont hold a cord but what gets me the most aside from the nasty apartment they moved me into is the fact maintenance is saying they're completing the work orders when they're not even coming by its frustrating tbh

  I like my apartment but the people above me are noisy . Every night someone walks so hard and heavy then I hear running all night. I work early in the morning and at 11pm I can’t sleep because they are still up with all the noise

  I've lived in Vegas for over 13 years now and have lived on all parts of the city from downtown, north, south, east, and now west this complex by far has been the best living experience I've had yet! Been living here for a couple months now and so far everything has been going smoothly! Only downside is there being a lot of dog poop left by other tenants or trash that gets thrown around the parking lot when the garbage truck comes, however there is a staff member who goes by Noah I believe was his name whom I got the chance to talk to when I saw him picking up dog poop while I was on a walk. From what I learned he goes around the complex throughout the week in the morning and picks up any trash or dog poop throughout the whole property which in my experience living in Vegas is rare to come across for apartments. When you see how much trash that gets left around the apartments when the garbage trucks come alongside the dog poop and how efficient he is at making sure the property stays clean from all that mess you can't help but show gratitude towards him! Really nice friendly guy he's always first to greet with a friendly hello if you ever run into him say hi or give him a thanks if you ever you get the chance! They also have landscapers come once in awhile every month to keep everything looking nice and clean around the whole complex Nice environment overall would highly recommend checking this place out, with the high ceilings and a lot of compartments/storage place it's one of the best deals you'll find in Vegas.

  This community is very beautiful and well kept. The neighbors are great people, maintenance has been quick and efficient, and the office manager Valerie has been very communacative and knowledgeable when it comes to any questions we've had about the apartment or facilities! Couldn't ask for a better apartment!
