  Gotta say, Amanda, Mike, Geneva have been so awesome. Got this place without even ever going here because of Amanda. Even after she has been taking great care of me. The building is fantastic too.

  I am not a tenant but I toured this apartment. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me because I found a place that met more of my criteria. Through the process, I had no complaints. They were very welcoming and reached out to me several times before and after the tour. The people there were amazing and I’m sure are a pleasure to deal with as a tenant. A Special shout out to Amanda, She was great, Very attentive and knowledgeable And most of all sweeps you with her southern hospitality. I almost felt bad letting her down by picking a different apartment.

  We’ve been living here since December 2024 and absolutely love it. The amenities are wonderful, it truly is a luxury building with a beautiful pool and one of the best fully equipped gyms I’ve ever seen in a residential building. The office team does a phenomenal from tour day and through our residency. Franchesca and Geneva are wonderful and incredibly helpful, the best communication I’ve seen out of any community I’ve lived in. They constantly enforce community rules which helps the place feel clean, fresh and taken care of. It also feels extremely safe. The location is as good as it gets: a 5 min walk to the strip or a few min drive to China town for excellent food. And about a 10 min drive from the airport. I love it here!

  Aura is my first home in Vegas! Geneva is a rockstar who can’t be beat for showing you units, giving you the lay of the land, cheeriness and offering her help. Yes they have tech apps for efficiency plus a wonderful staff. Franchesca is lovely and on top of it all. Mike and Juan can get anything fixed. Maria, housekeeper, is just lovely. The amenities are beautiful and abundant. Pool, outdoor grilling, multiple lounges, a pool table, and big gym are all glam. And a big draw for me is the short walk or very short Lyft/Uber to the strip venues and arenas to catch concerts, music, and sports. All the touring headliners come to Vegas plus residencies!

  Application was fast and staff were extremely helpful. Staff are VERY nice and charismatic, definitely enjoyed moving in. Apartment is beautiful and has extremely good quality appliances. Location is obviously unmatched and I've got an incredible view. Elevator is a little slow, but that's literally my only complaint.
