  I moved into Aura February of 2025 and my experience here has been extraordinary. Franchesca, Geneva and Amanda are always there to help with anything I need or might have a question about. Mike and Juan respond to maintenance calls with promptness. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a new place to live here in Las Vegas. At the heart of the strip it is very convenient to get anywhere around town with the freeway entrance being right there. The pool lounge and gym are my favorite features of this complex, not to mention the pool with the grill area that is great for hosting guests. Everything is always clean and well kept here. I absolutely love living here. 5/5 not going to move out anytime soon. A huge thank you to the wonderful team here at Aura! - Misha Huynh

  Amazing staff - they are extremely helpful with any questions you have. Great apartment built recently and all of the amentities are clean and new. Highly recommend anyone looking for a nice play near the strip.

  We've had such a great experience living at Aura. Everyone here is kind, professional, and willing to help with anything. Geneva has simply been amazing with getting our lease sorted out and getting us moved in, and Mike and Juan always show up able to fix something if it needs fixing. The fitness center and pool are honestly some of the nicest I’ve seen in any apartment community, and the staff here at Aura really are first class. I’d absolutely recommend Aura to anyone looking for a new place to live.

  UPDATE: after making the complaint the manager personally came to my door to reprimand me. Pretty uncomfortable. I’m already moving out. Ended up excusing myself and shutting the door. Staff is very combative and makes me feel unheard and unwell. Sad. Sigh. My experience at Aura was very disappointing. The staff is generally unhelpful for anything you may need or ask. They made me feel like a liar most of the time; pushing back on everything I said in an accusatory tone. The building is listed as smoke free, it isn't. On a regular basis you have to live with the smell of marijuana and cigarettes. Additionally, the side and front door of the lobby are often unlocked, allowing for all kinds of unsavory characters to enter the building. Overall I would avoid, so much so that I paid close to $10,000 dollars total to break my lease. When I explained to them why, they did not care.

  Gotta say, Amanda, Mike, Geneva have been so awesome. Got this place without even ever going here because of Amanda. Even after she has been taking great care of me. The building is fantastic too.
