  I absolutely love living here! The apartments are beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The amenities are amazing — from the relaxing pool area to the clean, fully equipped gym, everything truly feels luxury. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything you need, which makes a huge difference. The location is also perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, this has been such a wonderful place to call home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

  Home sweet Aura! My husband and I have called Aura home for a year now. I'm incredibly sad to be leaving only because we have to move out of state for a new job. This past year has been so comfortable and carefree and I would stay in a heartbeat if we weren't relocating long distance. The entire Aura team is genuinely kind and it makes my day better just bumping into them in to the hall. Franchesca, Amanda, and Geneva make sure the whole building is orderly and safe. I've never seen an apartment building managed better. Mike and Juan take care of maintenance tasks before I even realize they need done. I haven't had to lift a finger. Maria keeps the building spotless and she just has the brightest personality! I will miss all the lovely people here and my comfy apartment home. But thank you, Aura team, for such a good home!

  When asking for basic info I was cut off by the manager of the leasing office then ignored avoid this place if you are hoping for professional management

  I moved into Aura February of 2025 and my experience here has been extraordinary. Franchesca, Geneva and Amanda are always there to help with anything I need or might have a question about. Mike and Juan respond to maintenance calls with promptness. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a new place to live here in Las Vegas. At the heart of the strip it is very convenient to get anywhere around town with the freeway entrance being right there. The pool lounge and gym are my favorite features of this complex, not to mention the pool with the grill area that is great for hosting guests. Everything is always clean and well kept here. I absolutely love living here. 5/5 not going to move out anytime soon. A huge thank you to the wonderful team here at Aura! - Misha Huynh

  UPDATE: after making the complaint the manager personally came to my door to reprimand me. Pretty uncomfortable. I’m already moving out. Ended up excusing myself and shutting the door. Staff is very combative and makes me feel unheard and unwell. Sad. Sigh. My experience at Aura was very disappointing. The staff is generally unhelpful for anything you may need or ask. They made me feel like a liar most of the time; pushing back on everything I said in an accusatory tone. The building is listed as smoke free, it isn't. On a regular basis you have to live with the smell of marijuana and cigarettes. Additionally, the side and front door of the lobby are often unlocked, allowing for all kinds of unsavory characters to enter the building. Overall I would avoid, so much so that I paid close to $10,000 dollars total to break my lease. When I explained to them why, they did not care.
