  I've been a resident for while now and haven't had any issues until today. I had an emergency, my car was broken into and unfortunately my house keys we're stolen. I contacted the Front desk and maintenance to sssist me with getting into my unit. And they could care LESS, keep in mind I also am a maintenance engineer. And I know that thier is a on-call schedule for emergencies. Im also aware that there are spare keys for every unit in this complex. But instead of doing your job and responding to the emergency. I was told that since its Sunday and the office is closed I can't do anything about but you can call a lock smith. Very disappointed with there correspondence. And in my opinion they way this situation was handled was VERY unprofessional

  Been here for a year at the end of this month. Getting approved and moved in was a very smooth painless process! The staff is very kind ,considerate and helpful whenever I need anything done which isn’t often as there’s no abnormal issues. My ac went earlier this year and it was fixed the next day! The complex isn’t loud by any means , the people here are very respectful of their neighbors and social as well! Decided to get a dog and the fees weren’t expensive and we have a park to let em loose inside the gated community which is perfect along with the turf sections placed carefully around the area. With Victor as our concierge, I feel relieved knowing if I need anything he is a call or email away. I renewed my lease for a whole year again as I have no reason to leave! Great experience with great apts!

  Very nice and clean apt complex, safe area with plenty of shopping and restaurant options around. Really peaceful place, the staff is very friendly and maintenance responds fast to any issues.

  I've been living here for a few months now and I have no complaints. Place is secure and peaceful, the maintenance crew is very responsive and help in the office is always available. Victor has help me out a bunch of times and is always attentive. Would recommend!
