- JMJessica MApr 15, 20265.0Overall, this looks like a very promising and thoughtfully planned community. However, one major improvement that should be seriously considered is making this a gated community. With I-15 limiting road continuity in the area, this neighborhood is not positioned to benefit from through traffic, making it an ideal candidate for controlled access. Given the price point and overall positioning of these homes, the absence of gates feels like a missed opportunity. Adding gated entry would significantly enhance security, privacy, and long-term property value,factors that buyers in this segment expect. This is the kind of upgrade that would elevate the entire community and better align it with the expectations of future homeowners. Strongly encourage the builder to incorporate gated access before completion,it would make a meaningful difference.
