  Went for a tour and Esther was awesome! She answered all my questions and was able to give me an estimate on the spot. The place is clean and the remodel looks fantastic I definitely want to move in here. :)

  No les recomiendo esta muy caro la renta para lo que ofrecen no han podido solucionar un problema del aire acondicionado llevo desde septiembre del año pasado pidiendo que solucionen ese problema y solamente llegan y cambian el filtro y se van si dar solución al problema Aparte hay mucha plaga de insectos en el apartamento en vez de solucionar todo desde raíz y hacer una fumigación completa al apartamento solo tiran una tipo tableta de plástico que según ellos es para eliminar la plaga tengo que comprar yo de mi propio dinero el típico producto para matar estas cucarachas

  I felt at home the moment that I walked in. Shout out to Esther for going above and beyond! Thank u for the Extra time u spent to help make this move in process go as smooth as it did and for being the "Bubbly, Fun, and Welcoming Person that you are. I feel safe and secure here at District 5800 and know that if any issues arise they will be handled accordingly. THIS IS A VERY NICE COMMUNITY. 🤗

  I was charged over $500 in move out fees, almost half of what I paid in rent per month. Many hidden fees in lease. Do NOT let your lease lapse into the next month or they will charge you for each extra day. Don't even worry about doing a move out clean, they will charge if you do or don't. I moved in to a dirty apartment with clear signs of break-in on the door frame they didnt want to fix. My upstairs neighbors kids ran from one end of the apartment to the other for 365 days straight. Just keep looking if you know what's good for you.
