Para rentar por primera vez fueron muy amables por tal de tener a un cliente nuevo, pero como mantenimiento y como jefatura no sirven se demoran mucho para hacer cualquier cosa de mantenimiento en los apartamentos. Cuando llegue el refrigerador tenía gusanos y lo tuvimos que cambiar. Ahora mismo llevo ocho días con el aire acondicionado roto y no le han dado solución. en la apartamentos hay cucarachas y escorpiones.
