    Cecelia was very nice and she took her time touring an apartment with me. I went to see a 1 bedroom I really liked the community and she especially made me like it even more. She was very attentive and was able to answer any questions I had about the property and the community around. The experience was very nice compared to other tours I’ve taken at other places.

    I toured the Coya Apartments today and was just truly blown away. The layout is beautiful, the amenities are amazing, and the location is perfect not far from the Strip at all, yet still very quiet. Kamron was extremely pleasant throughout the tour and very knowledgeable about the property. He made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. This would be a great place to live!

    I had a wonderful experience living at Coya Apartments. The community is clean, modern, and very well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from day one. The management team Kameron & CeCe are professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The amenities are excellent, especially the pool and fitness center, which are always in great condition. I also really appreciated how quiet and safe the environment felt—it made a big difference in my day-to-day life. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads, making commuting simple. Overall, I highly recommend Coya Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live in Las Vegas.

    I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment at Coya Apartments with Cecilia, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Cecilia was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure to show me options that matched my preferences. During the tour, she was very thorough in explaining the features of the apartment, amenities, and community benefits. She answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, which made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. What stood out most was her genuine friendliness and attention to detail—it felt like she truly cared about helping me find the right home, not just making a sale. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and inviting, and Cecilia’s positive attitude made the experience even better. I left the tour feeling confident and excited about the possibility of living there. I highly recommend asking for Cecilia if you’re considering Coya Apartments—she provides exceptional service and makes the apartment search a great experience.

    When we first toured the community, our experience was positive. Ceci was very kind and took her time showing us the available units, which we truly appreciated. However, from the day we moved in, the experience has declined significantly. Upon arrival, we found that the parking spaces assigned to us in our lease were already occupied. We were reassigned more than once, and each time the space was still taken by someone else. The communication regarding this issue was unprofessional, and we were abruptly told that our parking would be changed again. During our move-in inspection, we noted several issues, but the most concerning is that the water from the refrigerator comes out dirty. This is a clear health concern and something that should have been inspected before the unit was delivered. I have reported this issue multiple times, yet my maintenance requests appear to be ignored. Additionally, the unit’s security camera does not work. I reported this from the beginning and was told it would be repaired, but nothing has been done. On one occasion, when a maintenance worker supposedly came to fix the camera, they left our front door completely open — something I found highly unacceptable and unsafe. I also notified management two weeks ago that the door lock needs a battery replacement, as it could stop functioning at any moment. Even though I was told they had plenty of batteries available, it still has not been replaced, leaving us at risk of being locked out. On April 2, 2026, I spoke with Wendy to address these concerns. Unfortunately, her attitude was rude, and at one point she raised her voice. She stated that I needed to “maintain the refrigerator” and run the water myself, which I do not believe is the resident’s responsibility. The appliance should have been clean and functional prior to move-in. Even after running the water as instructed, it continues to come out dirty. It is extremely frustrating to come home every day and see that nothing has been repaired: we still have no camera, the door battery has not been replaced, the refrigerator water remains unsafe to drink, and basic requests go unanswered. Residents should not have to plead for essential maintenance to be completed. I truly hope management can address these issues promptly, as the current situation creates unnecessary stress, discomfort, and an overall negative living experience.
