- APAlexander PalmerApr 19, 20261.0Homeowner here - Had issues with finance early on where incentives offered were pulled on closing day and then I was told it would delay closing if we wanted to get things set up the right way. I couldn’t delay. Had issues with design not communicating properly to construction. Then issue with Toll Brothers supply chain not having selections they offered and were agreed upon. Then issues with construction (major work needed to be done after home was given to me). Then issues with the HOA. Then issues with public spaces in the community. Non stop construction noise and trash. The people at Toll Brothers are nice, but if you don’t deliver a great experience at this price point you should go out of your way to make it right, not just say there’s nothing you can do and distance yourself.
