You will be hard pressed to find a better real estate agent in town than Christie Stark. With her dedication and attention to her clients, proactive problem solving, and her fierce negotiating skills, I could not recommend her enough to anyone who is looking for representation to sell or buy. Christie goes above and beyond for her clients and will be there with you throughout every step of the process. Buying or selling a home is stressful enough, it is extremely important to have someone like Christie on your side who is going to tell you the good as well as the bad upfront, and who will go to bat for you no matter what.   Christie Stark is the rare agent who actually delivers white glove service, and proves it. After two bad realtor experiences in Atlanta, we arrived in Las Vegas with low expectations. Christie reset them entirely. She came in with deep Las Vegas market knowledge, pointing us toward the right neighborhoods and helping us understand pricing dynamics in a way no other agent had bothered to do. When we found the right home, she negotiated hard and we got a deal we felt genuinely good about. But the moment that defined her character happened mid-tour, when our toddler grabbed a cactus and got spines all over his hands. Christie spent the next hour with us removing every spine, not leaving until our son was calm. That is not a job requirement. That is someone who is exceptional at what she does and genuinely invested in the families she serves. If you are buying in Las Vegas, start and end your agent search with Christie.
