  First, I would like to discuss the property itself: it is very clean and well maintained! I never saw any animal poop or garbage anywhere on the facility. Second, I want to point out the amazing layout of the 2 bed/2 bath unit. It lived so much larger than the listed square footage! I was worried about kitchen space with no pantry. However, the storage was so well done in the kitchen and the counter space was so fantastic, I had no worries about being able to fit exactly what I needed (and wanted) to in it. It is a great layout for "living room families" or someone just wanting a little extra space. Third, the staff was absolutely fantastic! I specifically want to name Yudeici who handled my application process. She was so kind, attentive, professional, and diligent. She worked quickly and efficiently, answered any and all questions I had (which were a lot), and never seemed like I was a bother (although I'm sure I was a lot to deal with at times). The parking in the complex is rough if you have more than one vehicle, but plenty of the additional aspects of the property and unit make up for it!

  My name is Adrian, I am a black male 28 years old few tattoos & have never been in any trouble with the law. Like a complete law abiding citizen. Unfortunately here at canyon view, I have been treated like a convicted felon, til this very day, & I have been living here since early 2020. Honestly this has been the worst experience ever!! If you are a minority be prepared to be treated like a child who needs adult supervision. Just recently had a neighbor that moved out, but while they were here they were harassing me submitting FALSE aggressive and degrading complaints about me to the office LITERALLY EVERYDAY. I was issued a 30day “NO CAUSE, NO REASON” without ever being asked my side of the story. It took for me to almost be assaulted in the leasing office with my 1 year old in my hand when I finally had a chance to addressed the situation and be heard. It took for me to begin to speak with my knowledge of law, common knowledge, & just literal common sense to be treated equal to “them”. SO NOW I AM GOING TO COURT WITH THE NEIGHBORS THAT DOESNT EVEN LIVE THERE ANYMORE & THEY ARE IGNORING MY REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS & PERSONAL RECORDS OF MY HISTORY HERE AT THE CANYON VIW WHICH IS PERTAINING DIRECTLY TO CONFLICT. The manager Susana has talked to me on several occasions with “rhetorical” remarks as if I weren’t able to comprehend my own questions! THE MANAGER WOULD LITERALLY CALL THE TOW TRUCK TO GET YOUR CAR instead of letting the tow truck company do the job on their own. Or they will put you on an automatic tow list all on their own discretion.

  The ladies in the main office Yudeici & Susana were such sweethearts! Made my move in so smooth! I love my apartment since I toured. Definitely recommend to come see these ladies they will hook you up!
