  Tiffany helped me out today and she made sure to give me a warm welcome, she answered all my questions and did an amazing job explaining every detail about the apartments! I felt very comfortable the entire time I was getting a tour of the apartments. I definitely recommend coming here to any one looking for a new place to stay!

  I recently had the pleasure of touring Bria Apartments, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience, largely thanks to Tiffani. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Tiffani was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed, and her warm personality and great sense of humor made the experience not only informative, but truly enjoyable. What stood out most was her level of care and commitment to providing exceptional customer service, it’s rare to come across someone who represents a community with such authenticity and pride. She truly made us believe in what quality customer service should feel like. If we ultimately decide to call Bria Apartments home, it will be because of the impression Tiffani left on us. She is a true asset to the team and, in my opinion, should absolutely be the face of Bria. Thank you again, Tiffani, for such a wonderful experience!

  Happy to be the first to review this property so that proper expectations can be set for others from the start. Back in February I called interested trying to gather info and see the place. Someone named Lindsey answered the call. I sensed somewhat of what seemed like could be a poor attitude. She said they weren’t showing yet but she’d take my email and call me back to provide further info. She never did. Two days later I called again, the same person answered, more of a sour attitude. She again took my contact info and said she needed to call back, she never did. Two more days later I called a third time. Same person, same sour attitude. Again she said she’d get back in touch but for the third time she did not. Now a month has gone by and no one has been in touch at all, not by email or phone. Seems like a preview of what management would be like living here. Steer clear.
