  highly recommend it. The management team, especially [chris], is incredibly responsive and kind. Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours, and the grounds are always clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect, within walking distance to shops, yet very quiet in the evenings. It truly feels like home

  Chris was great. I applied and received a response next day. Quick and thorough decision. The apartment I viewed fits me perfectly. Thanks Chris and I look forward to moving in soon.

  My apartment is nice. It’s definitely a little dated and it needed some deep cleaning when I moved in. Kris is very sweet and definitely helped me out. My only complaint is there’s a lot of police presence which comes from the strip. Otherwise it’s a relatively safe apartment complex. It’s good for families as it’s next to a middle school and a park and it’s not to far from the freeway
