  I recently toured Aviator Apartments and had a really positive experience. The community looked clean, well-maintained, and felt safe right away. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Nevaeh in particular was very helpful during the tour—she took her time answering my questions and made everything easy to understand without rushing me. The apartments themselves looked modern and comfortable, with a nice layout and good amenities. I also liked the location—it seems really convenient and close to everything you’d need. Overall, the tour left a great impression. It definitely feels like a place worth considering if you’re looking for a new apartment

  This place was in my top three for most liked apartments. I walked in today to get more information and was immediately uncomfortable. Three girls were sitting in a dark office and took way too long to invite us in, felt like I was walking into a party I wasn't invited to. I asked about availability and possible tour... I was immediately told no and was rushed through options and handed a flyer. The associate didn't want to walk us through availability or anything. I knew they were trying to rush my partner and I out. I don't understand why we weren't able to see more or get more information when there were three people working. We walked in multiple other apartments in the area and were met with excitement and showed tours the same day. I will absolutely not be applying to the apartment as this whole experience completely changed my mind. I'm unimpressed and expect better customer service.

  I'm going to start with this is an awesome place in every way from the apartment features that are abundantly wonderful especially the shower it's a WOW and the grounds are beautiful. The reason I gave it four stars and not five, is because my 55" TV wasn't here when I got here. Otherwise it's five stars all the way!

  The experience and the treatment we received before we even moved in was amazing! Truly appreciate Everyone in the front office!
