  My wife and I worked with Shawna. We came in later in the afternoon on a Saturday, and Shawna was so kind and transparent in giving us all the info we needed, answered our questions, and helped us realize that this is what we wanted. She then followed up with us and was very responsive helping us through the application process and getting approved. We can't wait to move into Palm Villas!

  Palm Villas was a great choice for our next move in for this summer ; the apartment complex was so peaceful and so nice when we got our tour Shawna was very professional showed us around and explained every detail. She helped us so much and stayed contact with me of when was the next apartment available the process was very smooth and we got approved everything came out amazing thank you for everything Shawna your the best.

  I moved into Palm Villas in March 2026 and have had a wonderful experience so far. Relocating from out of state can be stressful, but Shawna made the process seamless—she stayed in close contact, kept me updated on available units, and walked me through deposits and lease details every step of the way. I rented sight unseen and couldn’t be happier with my decision. I also want to thank Jonathan for his responsiveness and professionalism. He has addressed every service request the same day I submitted it and completes the work quickly and efficiently. The maintenance service here has truly been outstanding, and the property is consistently clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Palm Villas if you’re looking for an affordable apartment with reliable management and excellent upkeep.

  When looking for an apartment, I scheduled a tour online for Palm Villas and it looks like I made the right choice moving here. I met leasing agent Shawna when I showed up to view an apartment. She explained the different size units and ammenities and then took me to see a unit. I liked the layout and area, so I filled out an online application that she directed me to. I was approved and Shawna explained the next steps and communicated fast throughout the process until it was moving day. I had trouble with unlocking my door the first time, so I called Shawna and she sent a maintenance guy(Jonathan) to help me. I appreciated that help and I gained a favorable view of the maintenance team as well as the other office staff including Alisha and Michaela through my interactions. The community is very well-kept and peaceful. I like the design, appliances, and layout of my unit very much. The only ammenity I have used is the sauna; I wish it got hotter and retained heat but that is not too important. I have not used the pool or gym but they seem decent and what I would expect. Thank you Palm Villas!
