  I have lived in La Serena for several years. It is a great place to call home. The property is maintained extremely well. I have a 2 bedroom and the closet space is huge!! The quartz kitchen and bathrooms are a big plus. I would strongly suggest La Serena as a place to call home…

  I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this property for the past five years. The office staff, particularly Briana and Dina, have been exceptionally helpful whenever I need to submit a work order or have inquiries. Ernesto and the maintenance team are great at addressing any problems promptly and ensure that they clean up after completing their repairs. The property is well maintained and is always clean. This complex stands out as the best place I have ever resided, and I would recommend it to anyone.

  I been living here for 5/6 years and since I moved in we had a great experience office staff and maintenance team are the best very professional Ernesto maintenance lead always ready to help and guide his team. Manager Bri very helpful and knowledgeable she helped me with my questions. Very happy to be part of this community clean and organized. La Serena THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND HARD WORK!!!

  We have been residents at La Serena at the Heights for nearly one year now, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we moved in, this community has truly felt like home for our family. The management and staff deserve special recognition. Brianna, the property manager, is exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. She and her team are always prompt in addressing any needs or questions we have. Kaylee was incredibly helpful during our initial search—she took the time to find the perfect apartment and parking space that accommodates my wheelchair, ensuring I could easily load and unload it. The second lady at the front desk has also been knowledgeable and friendly. We truly appreciate the caring and responsive front office team. Ernest, the maintenance supervisor, has been outstanding. He is professional, knowledgeable, and quick to assist whenever we need help. He personally installed handicap accessibility bars in our bathroom by the toilet and in the bathtub area, which has greatly improved our safety and comfort. Ray and the rest of the maintenance team consistently do excellent work—they respond efficiently, complete tasks carefully, and always ensure the job is done right. The apartment itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for handicap accessibility. One of our favorite features is the spacious patio—it’s large and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The location is also outstanding; we are within easy wheelchair distance to stores, restaurants, and other essential services, which makes daily life much more convenient. Rent at La Serena at the Heights is fair and comparable to similar properties in the area. We are very pleased with the overall quality of the community and the level of service we receive. Thank you to Brianna, Ernest, Kaylee, and the entire staff for making our first year here so enjoyable. We look forward to calling La Serena at the Heights our home for many years to come. Nelson B.

  Place is gorgeous. But, honestly, for me the most important part of any complex is the maintenance team. It’s led by a superhero who goes by Gugu. Literally any issue is solved, fixed or repaired lickity-split. If you wanna move here, just know that this place succeeds where most others fail. Also the location is superior. And no I didn’t get a free months rent for writing this but I’ll take it lol.
