The office staff as well as the maintenance personnel have been very friendly and courteous. We are so happy we found Pomontory Point. We will definitely recommend it.

About a week after I moved in I noticed the water in the shower wasn't getting hot enough. So I put in a work order. They came the same day, investigated, and put in a brand new water heater the next day!... The things I like the most about living here are that the neighbors are chill, and I feel safe in this community. This place is Legit. Highly recommended!
