- EMElizabeth MitchellDec 26, 20255.0I submitted a maintenance ticket for my garage light, but to my surprise, after 3 days of not coming on, it was working again. Rissbel took the time to listen to what I had experienced, and even after I told him the light was working again, he still wanted to check out the garage lightning. He made me aware that there was another light should have been coming on automatically when the door comes up. But it had never worked so I was not aware. He replaced that light and now I have adequate lighting in the garage. I am very thankful to Rissbel. He is a quality maintenance man.

They have favorites and they allow them to violate the rules while giving violations to the people they dislike. Here is picture proof. Some people got violations for having nails or other items in the dry wall. Meanwhile the apartment right across from the office violates these rules consistently. I have pictures and documentation of all of their favorites. Poor construction, poor management. Don’t bother calling Brenda at the regional office, she covers for her managers.
