Office staff are very helpful and patient. Maintenance staff are very professional and quick. I’m happy with the results of making Palm Villas my home.

I met with Shawna Petersen, she gave me a tour of the 1 bedroom apt I was looking for and answered all my questions. The apartment is very modern, very nice, and clean. I especially liked that the washer and dryer are already in the apartment. I applied online, Shawna kept me updated with the process and in 2 days I was approved. I would definitely recommend Palm Villas to anyone looking for an apartment complex that is clean, quiet and close to all retail needs. Ask for Shawna, she'll take care of you.

Gates always broken or open (the purpose of a gated apartment is to stay gated) I smell weed so much it’s nauseating. Tenants can do what they feel and wanna do now nobody has respect for one another anymore. Crappy appliances that always break down the apartments are usually hot even when it’s cold outside it’s so stuffy I don’t stay here my daughter does and I’m counting down the days she move out !! Don’t know what happened from 6 years ago when she first moved here but it’s gone all the way down. And too expensive for the quality you get now there’s better apartment in Henderson If I could rate it 0 stars I would

Alisha and Shawna were super helpful giving us the best deal. We had a few small issues on move in that were taken care of within 24 hours. Maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Property is clean and well maintained - the pools and hot tubs are clean and well taken care of. We love our new home and all its amenities.

But the lady guiding the tour, Ariana I believe, was uninterested, as if her time was being wasted or something. At one point, I brought up a question regarding noise/shared walls, and it was just brushed off: "yeahh......." was the response I got. This is a big deal for me, so I'll be applying to other places I visited that had friendlier staff.
