  I have had such a wonderful experience at Pacific Islands at Green Valley. From the beautiful grounds to the overall atmosphere, it truly feels like home. I have to give a huge thank you to Christine for making everything so seamless. She is truly amazing and completely on top of everything. From start to finish, Christine has been incredibly helpful, professional, and proactive. It’s such a relief to work with someone who is so dedicated and genuinely cares about the residents. If you’re looking for a great place to live with a management team that actually cares, look no further. Ask for Christine—she’s amazing!

  Don’t apply here they’re rude condescending and they lie. I had two people tell me two different things about getting my deposit back for my denied application and then proceeded to be condescending and read the fine print to me and tell me that something that one of their coworkers has said it never been said. So if you like slimy and dishonest then you found your match. Oh and it will take 20 days to get it back 😊

  I lived at this complex for 6 years during my time in Las Vegas. If I hadn’t decided to move back to WI at the end of September last year, I would still be in the same complex! Not once did I think about moving to a different complex — I only considered moving from a 1 bedroom into a 2 bedroom at one point to have more space. Everything from when I initially toured the units, to applying, and over the years, was simple, easy and done with care. The maintenance team is awesome! They are quick with requests and efficient - I always felt comfortable with them entering my apartment if I wasn’t home — something I can’t say for other units I’ve lived in, in the past here in WI. The only negative was that my unit was by the second pool and there were people out there often late at night with speakers playing loud music. I am contemplating moving back to Vegas and hope to get back into this complex if I do move back! But, in a 2 bedroom this time and hopefully not *super* close to the pool ;) Would definitely recommend this place - great location, the grounds are well kept, it’s a nice community and the rent is reasonable for all that you get!

  TLDR: Good location. Maintenance staff was great and quickly responsive . Office staff customer service could be better. Amenities decent minus the small outdated gym. Unit is cozy yet outdated , doors cheap , wasn’t a fan having to step outside into the patio to access laundry room. Almost 4 stars if it wasn’t for some of the staff interactions . Staffing changes significantly impacted the experience. Jonathan, who moved us in, was great, but after his departure, the office atmosphere became less welcoming, and staff seemed a bit rude at times. Despite that, they were helpful. The office was frequently understaffed, and there were times it closed early because of this. We lived at this property for 5 years and initially enjoyed it, but eventually decided to leave due to a rent increase at renewal with no corresponding upgrades to the unit or amenities. After we put in our notice , the website showed that the price of the unit was less expensive than what the proposal was for the lease renewal. There were some incidents within the community , such as egging, a dumpster fire, and a few mailbox break-ins, the water being cut off randomly , although we were only affected by the latter. Maintenance was generally responsive and efficient. The unit's layout was decent , but we personally didn't like that you have to step outside on the patio to get to the laundry area. The bedroom and bathroom doors were cheap and easily broken, and the cabinets and countertops were outdated with limited cabinet space. The main pool was excellent, and we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. However, the gym is small and outdated, with limited equipment. While the addition of free weights was appreciated, the removal of multi-use exercise equipment was disappointing especially when their reasoning behind the partial rent increase was due to addition equipment. Yet they removed equipment as well . The neighborhood was overall pretty quiet and centrally located, with easy access to stores and restaurants.
