E Everyone is so courteous and polite and take that extra step to help you in with whatever you need JAMIE was just in my unit to replace my bathroom sink and he did a wonderful job. Thank you Jamie so much for your help with this today and all the staff at Pacific Islands thank you for all you do to make our community so beautiful and Also, the quick reply on a job that needs to be done by maintenance is awesome. I’d like to give particular praise to Jamie Long, a new member of the maintenance team who already exudes the same welcoming energy as the staff I’ve come to know. Anytime we’ve had a problem or needed something fixed it is always handled quickly with clear communication. You can tell that the staff here really does care about their tenants.

One team member really stands out though they ALL deserve five stars, Radu takes it to another level, when ever he does anything in our apt Hes very friendly. We have had discussions, and jokes. Only bad part about Radu thats actually a GREAT part about him is, he is quick with service, in and out, (only bad because we only interact for a short time.
